Meet Our Chef & B
Chef Brian Anderson is our Executive Chef and Food & Beverage Director. He oversees the operations of our Congress Squared Restaurant and the Top of the East Restaurant and Lounge. He joined us in May of 2015, most recently from the W Hotel in Boston. At the W Boston, Brian was the Executive Chef at the Jean-Georges concept restaurant, Market.
Before moving to Maine, he worked at many restaurants and resorts; including Boston Park Plaza and Alain Ducasse’s restaurant at the W Vieques, Puerto Rico.
Executive Chef Anderson also explored the cuisine and ingredients of Singapore and Bangkok through the Sun-Rice and Dusit Tani Culinary Schools.
Anderson brings years of culinary experience to the kitchen at Congress Squared and is excited to work with the bounty of produce and seafood that Maine provides.
